PERRIE Edwards showcased her stunning body and new single in one swoop as she danced in a bikini to debut track Forget About Us.
Perrie has finally launched her solo career – two years after Little Mix announced their split.
The pop star and mum posted a first snippet of the song and accompanying music video to her 19 million followers on Instagram.
She captioned it: “You didn’t think I was only going to give you 7 seconds did you?…. ‘Forget About Us’ is coming soon. You can pre-save now.”
A barefooted Perrie, who shares a son with fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, struts along the grass before kicking off her shorts and belting out the lyrics to the pop tune.
“An absolute – and we cannot stress this enough,” one fan replied in the comments.
Her bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock wrote: “Omg I loveeeeee, so excited for this!”
Jade Thirwall added crying emojis, and Louise Redknapp penned: “Yes babe!!! Excited for you xxx.”
Perrie has signed a bumper deal with Columbia Records, the label that helped produce the first five Little Mix albums alongside Simon Cowell’s now defunct Syco.
Opening up about her debut, Perrie recently said: “I didn’t want to decide on a single and release it until my album was finished, or pretty much done. I feel like now it is in a very good place.
“We have decided the first single, second and third. They are all different sounds.
“When I got in the studio I didn’t know what genres I wanted to do, so I experimented a lot.”
Perrie’s Little Mix bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock was the first of the group to release solo material.
In June last year she released debut track Don’t Say Love.
And Leigh-Anne recently teased a Little Mix reunion, telling The Sun she “definitely will” get back together with Perrie and Jade Thirlwall at some point.
