LITTLE Mix star Perrie Edwards has teased she has “music pending” as she kick starts her solo career.
The singer and mum sent her army of fans into meltdown with her latest post on social media.
Perrie, 30, revealed she’s been busy in the studio working on her debut single as she posed with a microphone and headphones.
Writing on Instagram, she added in the caption: “Singing my little heart out… music pending…”
Comments poured in from desperate fans with one writing: “We’re no ready … but we are.”
Another raved: “Oh she is coming sooner than we think.”
The singer has signed to Columbia Records, also home to Beyonce and Harry Styles, and has spent more than a year working on tracks at her home studio.
But Perrie admitted she has suffered a secret battle with with‘self doubt’ and ‘worry’ as she reflected on what was a turbulent 2023.
However, the former Little Mix star, who is enaged to football ace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, is determined to leave her message on a positive note.
“I’m so grateful that I have my family and my loved ones around me. We’re so blessed anf it can’t ever be taken for granted.”
Her comments came after Alex signed to Besiktas in Turkey in a three year deal.
The Sun revealed he had serious conversations with Perrie before accepting the big-money deal and it was decided she would take regular trips there to keep their relationship alive.
A source said: “It hasn’t been an easy decision because Perrie and Alex have their young son Axel to think about and they don’t want to live their lives apart.
“The deal was too good to turn down though so they are giving it a shot and are determined to make it work.
The plan is that Alex will be back here as much as possible and during the football season Perrie will fly over regularly with Axel so that they can all be together.
“They know it’s not going to be straightforward but they love each other and want to support one another’s dreams. That means making some sacrifices.”
